Gretchen Rubin on happiness, habits & personality types

  • Mary Ward Hall 5-7 Tavistock Place WC1H 9SN (map)

Join Action for Happiness for a special evening with Gretchen Rubin as she shares her insights about the habits of happiness and how understanding our tendencies can help us live more wisely.

Gretchen is the bestselling author of The Happiness Project and she'll be revealing the exciting ideas from her brand new book The Four Tendencies - and explaining how we can make lasting changes in our lives by understanding more about our personality profile.

In this unmissable talk you'll discover if you are an Upholder, aQuestioner, an Obliger or a Rebel. Once we know which personality type we fall into, we can use this knowledge to change our habits.
